Records fees reported by the sheriff include $1 per page for documents or photos, $5 for an incident report, $20 for an accident report with a crash report, $10 for an accident report without a crash report, $5 per body, dash, or voice recording, and $10 for a CD or USB. There is no examination fee. Criminal offense records may be privileged until adjudicated, and Louisiana R.S. 44:3 can limit release of investigative, juvenile, sexual-offense-victim identifying, confidential-source, security, training, and technique information.
